lathe speeds

Please please please help as soon as possible: physics?
The problem reads: you are designing an engine lathe, part of which consists of a uniform cylinder, whose mass is 95 kg and whose radius is 0.70 m that is mounted so that it rotates without friction about its axis, which is fixed. The cylinder is driven by a strap that wraps around its perimeter, and exerts a constant torque. At t = 0, the angular velocity of the cylinder is zero. At t = 25 s, speed angle is 450 rev / min. I need to find the angular momentum, and I was finding it by: 0.5 (95) (0.7 ^ 2) (pi / 4 rad / s), but poor and I do not know why! Can someone please help! thanks
The belt has a constant torque, which means that the force is unchanged. 450revs/min = 7.5 rev / sec = 7.5 Hz and to within a radius of rotation of the tour through 2pi rad, the angular velocity is given by: w = (2pi) f = 15PI rad / s Angular momentum = MW = 95kg (15PI / S) = (1425pi) KGPI / s of momentum is given by MV = MRW = 95 (0.7) (15PI) = (997.5pi) kgm / s
