Can I use waterless shampoo made for cats on my horse?
my horse smells, and i was going to go buy some waterless shampoo for him, but then i found the waterless shampoo for my cat. i can’t see what would be so different between the two, and why spend money on one when i already have one?
obviously i’m not just going to lather it on and leave him, i’ll stay with him a couple hours to make sure he doesn’t have a reaction..
is there any reason i shouldn’t use it? i mean, they’re both animals…
I don’t think it’d hurt, but it also probably wouldn’t work as well, because cats don’t roll around in the mud the way horses do so it’s probably not as strong.
You could probably read the ingredients then google them and decide for yourself if it’s safe or not.
